Rediscover your normal.
JWS Nutrition is an online-only practice that cares for GI nutrition patients. We offer a sixteen-week program in which each client works one-on-one with our registered dietitian nutritionist, Jeanne Walsh Smith, to assess their individual needs, discuss strategies for moving forward, and get back to living the life they love. Using the Monash University low FODMAP diet, we offer ongoing support and resources to support our clients, but most importantly, to help them feel great again.

Did you know?
The low FODMAP diet is proven to work in 3 out of 4 Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS, patients if it involves a trained dietitian.
How We Help You
In the field of dietetics, few patients are as tricky to treat as IBS patients. Why? Because each patient has unique symptoms and responds to each treatment differently. That’s why we’ve created a one-to-one program called the IBS Relief Roadmap in which clients receive individualized care over a period of four months. We take care to learn each client’s unique needs and circumstances and then troubleshoot along the way to ensure our treatment’s success. In just three months, we’ll pinpoint your specific trigger foods so you can stop the guessing game when it comes to food.
You’re busy enough. Let’s take back your life, so you can move onward and upward!
The Plan
STEP 1: BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL.
Here, you’ll connect with Jeanne to talk about our treatment process and ask any questions that may arise.
STEP 2: TAKE OUR PROGRAM.
In our twelve-week program, the IBS Relief Roadmap, we’ll guide you through the low FODMAP diet and help you find your trigger foods. With time and our treatment plan, you can sit back and watch your health, lifestyle, and happiness improve.
STEP 3: REGAIN YOUR LIFE.
When it comes to your gut’s well-being, you deserve to feel comfortable and at peace. Now you’ve done just that!
Our Difference
Unlike others, JWS Nutrition is not a one-meeting-and-done kind of practice. We take pride in our structured, educated, and up-to-date approach to treating GI nutrition patients. If there are any setbacks, we are here to provide you with support. If you follow a certain eating pattern or have restrictions due to another health condition, we will tailor our treatment plan to your individual needs. We exist to guide you along a path to gut wellness.
